• Tickets are valid only for the specified draw date

Draw Rules

All draws are conducted in accordance with Loto-Québec regulations. Draw results are final and binding. Any disputes regarding results must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date.

Prizes and Winnings

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone
• Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before prize payment
• Prizes are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings
• Major prizes may require in-person claim at our office

Payment and Billing

• All transactions are processed in CAD
